Visual Arts

Paper weaving has been completed by Foundation students in Visual Arts this week. Students turned their woven paper into delicious looking watermelons. 

Year 1 students have been learning about abstract art and creating paintings in a similar style as Jackson Pollock.

Year 5 students have learnt some basic origami folds.

Year 6 students have been learning how to safely and correctly use Modroc plaster.

Performing Arts

Year 1s and 2s have been developing their use of voice, movements and actions in order to present engaging drama performances in front of their peers. 

Year 3 and 4 students have been learning about percussion and creating simple percussion instruments from everyday objects such as cups and buckets.
