Year 8 Ski Trip

The Year 8 Ski Trip to Perisher has gone extremely well, with all students keen for the week. The weather has been great with clear blue skies and perfect skiing conditions. The boys thoroughly enjoyed their days on the slopes and were able to develop or build on their skiing prowess. The students have spent time in their ski groups learning new skills, showing off their talents and deepening their friendships.

A full report will be in next week's Woodchatta, with extra photos on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Peer Mentoring Activity - 10-pin bowling

Report from Patrick Elliott

On 26 July Year 5/6 mentees and their Year 11 mentors went to Strike bowling at the Chatswood Mandarin Centre. Each junior boy battled hard with their mentor to come out victorious in their lane. It was a ferocious competition with all boys having a great time. We would like to thank Mr Gillogly and Mr Maloney for their supervision and support of the students on the day. As one of the mentors there I can comfortably say that all mentees and mentors had a great time and was very worth the Friday afternoon. Being able to communicate and get to know the younger stduents in our school community is something that must be cherished, and I am proud to say all the boys in the peer mentoring group are loving these activities and sessions.

Talking about the 'manosphere'
