St Joseph's Summer Fete Update

Don't forget to add Saturday 23rd November to your calendars for the St Joseph's Summer Fete! 

The Planning Committee is meeting regularly and planning is full steam ahead. 

The rides have been booked and there will be options for all ages, as well as fun activities including fire truck rides, classic fete games and a silent disco. 

We are busy organising the logistics to make for a great day, including the bar and looking at lots of yummy food options (classic BBQ, cheese platters, gourmet sandwiches and much more) as well as popular items such as fairy floss, snow cones and popcorn. 

Some of our brave teachers have agreed to participate in the fan favourite DUNK THE TEACHER. Mrs Tobin may also get up there with a DUNK THE PRINCIPAL opportunity if we raise enough money....

There will be an opportunity to pre-purchase SUPER PASS wristbands, which will include lots of the rides and activities and make the day fun and cost effective! Entry to get into the fete will be free and open to all school families, prospective families and members of the community. Promotion will begin after the Footy Classic!

To make the day run smoothly we will monitor numbers for safety, have St John's Ambulance on hand, there will be no access to most of the indoor areas (so we are hiring portaloos) and security will be on hand. 

More information will be circulated shortly by Class Reps on how each year level can get involved in stalls and activities.
