Important Update: Hall Roof Works & Morning Procedures

Dear Parents and Carers,

We would like to provide you with a quick update regarding the maintenance works being carried out on the school hall roof this week. This is to stop the water leaks coming into the hall and hall foyer. To ensure everyone's safety and keep things running smoothly, there will be some temporary changes to how we move around the school. 

Key Changes to Access

• The Hall is Off-Limits: The hall and surrounds is strictly out of bounds for all students and families until further notice.
• Oval & Bunney Rd Path: Access between the Oval and Bunney Rd is currently limited. To avoid congestion, we ask that you use alternative routes where possible. It will be a bit of a squeeze!
• Gate Procedures: Please note that gate entry and exit procedures remain the same. You should continue to use your usual gates for drop-off and pick-up.

Prep – Year 2 Morning Changes

Because our usual assembly spots are unavailable, we are moving the morning meeting point for our younger students to under the big tree.

New Line-up Spots:

• Prep Students: Bunney Rd side of the tree.
• Year 1/2 Students: Staffroom side of the tree.

We anticipate these changes will remain in place until later next week. Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we navigate these minor disruptions to keep our facilities in top shape.
