In the Art Room

It's been so wonderful to welcome our Grade 3-6 students back into the Art Room this term. Our projects are well underway, exploring indigenous art and lots of colour! We can't wait to share them around the school when they are finished. 

Music Room Update!

So much fun has been had this fortnight in Music!

Prep students have been continuing to explore and respond to music with their bodies and voices, using our rainbow scarves and ribbons (Prep C & Prep D will explore more with them next week.

Grade One students have been exploring ta's and ti-ti's. They've been listening to rhythms and working as teams to recreate them Next fortnight we will look to explore the rhythms of the characters in Possum Magic.

Grade 2 students have continued to enjoy their glockenspiels! This week they've challenged themselves to learn how to play different songs including 'Baby Shark' and 'Five Little Monkey's. Students have had the opportunity to play their songs to the class. We will continue this work next fortnight too.
