CLASS OF 2025

The time has come to bid a fond farewell to our wonderful Year 12 students. This cohort has shown dedication and resilience throughout the year, working hard on their SACs, making good use of their study periods, and enjoying various excursions for their individual subjects.

The final week was packed with events designed to celebrate their journey and achievements. On Tuesday, our VCE Vocational Major students completed their last day of formal classes. They were followed by the VCE students on Wednesday, marking the end of their secondary schooling.

Thursday was a special day, beginning with the Celebration Assembly. We heard inspiring speeches from the school captains, received encouraging words from Mr. Mathews, and enjoyed a colourful and cheerful costume parade. The ceremony concluded with Mr. Cliffe praying over the students, followed by the emotional Avenue of Honour, where the entire school community lined up to cheer our Year 12s. Later that morning, the students gathered for a lovely brunch. It was a time for reflection, watching videos made by the VM students and looking back at their years spent at our school.

The week culminated on Friday evening with the Valedictory Dinner. Held at a beautiful venue, the night featured delicious food, moving and encouraging speeches, good music, and plenty of dancing.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with this group of students. We have enjoyed watching them grow and develop into the young adults they are today, and they will be truly missed. We wish them all the very best as they embark on their next adventures.

As they take these next steps, we would like to share with them this encouraging verse:

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future"  (Jeremiah 29:11).

Thank you to the many parent helpers and school families for your fantastic support!
