Textiles

Year 9 have been working through their shorts/pants project and we have some completed pieces that look fantastic. 

Year 7 have come to the end of their Supermarket Stitch project, and we have some full shelves in our makeshift Supermarket located in the Library. The students have thoroughly enjoyed this project and it is obvious by the outstanding results of what they have created. For the rest of the term, they will be working on a Sustainable Cushion or Reusable Bag project which is set to be great due to their enthusiasm. 

Year 10 have started their large portfolio project whereby they are designing a child's outfit based on the Four elements. We are currently at the research phase, but I look forward to sharing you their progress as the term goes.
