House Cross Country Competition

Our 2024 House Cross Country Competition was certainly a day to be remembered. Typical of Melbourne weather, one minute, it was pouring with rain and the next, it was sunny, with the poor Preppies competing in their first House Competition in the rain. They valiantly raced, with every student trying their best, and were warmly cheered on by their equally courageous parents, friends, teachers, and Year 6 House Captains.

Red House were victorious on the day, followed by White House, with Blue House finishing in third place. All students who competed should be extremely proud of their efforts and are commended on their display of fine sportsmanship and House Spirit.

House Carnivals are so valuable in fostering a sense of community and a special thank you goes out to the Year 6 helpers (House Captains), including Shazia Geisler, Mariah Rickard, Caitlin Lambert, Cohen Holland, Sawm Buansing and Shia Want, who tirelessly cheered on and guided their younger counterparts.
