Term 2 Diary Dates

Dear Year 1 families,

We have another busy and exciting term ahead and are looking forward to sharing it with you and the students!

Please take note of some important dates throughout the term:

• Week 1: Monday 15th April, Curriculum Day
• Week 2: Thursday 25th April, ANZAC Day
• Week 3: Parent Helpers begin in classrooms
• Week 4: Thursday 9th May, Mother's Day Stall
• Week 4: Friday 10th May, Wonderful Women's Day event  (Time TBC)
• Week 6: Thursday 23rd May, Kaboom Music incursion
• Week 7: National Reconciliation Week
• Week 7: Thursday 30th May (1A & 1B) and Friday 31st May (1C & 1D), Rippon Lea Estate excursion 
• Week 9: Monday 10th June, King's Birthday
• Weeks 9 & 10: Intensive Swimming Program at BlueFit Sandringham
• Week 10: Friday 21st June, 1A performing the National Anthem at Assembly
• Week 11: Hampton Local History Walk excursion (Date TBC)
• Week 11: Friday 28th June, 1B performing the National Anthem at Assembly
• Week 11: Friday 28th June, Final day of Term 2 (Early finish at 2:30pm)

Both our excursions and the Swimming Program require Parent Helpers. Teachers will reach out closer to the dates to ask for volunteers.
