SSA Tennis

On Thursday 6th Feb, Eliza and Logan headed off to represent Ceres PS at the District Tennis competition. They faced some very tough competition with many of their opponents, regular tennis players but both put in some excellent performances. Logan was engaged in many long battles and ended up coming 3rd in his pool. The girls were all placed in one pool, meaning  Eliza had to play six matches on the day! She did a fantastic job, coming second overall. I would like to congratulate both students on the way they conducted themselves on the day. They certainly were great ambassadors for our school. Congratulations and well done Eliza and Logan.

Grade 5/6 Canberra Camp

Our Grade 5/6s have been having an amazing week at Canberra Camp this week and are due to arrive home later this afternoon. Students have been to the National Museum of Australia, National Capital Exhibition Centre, Australian War Memorial, the Royal Australian Mint, and Flip Out to name a few.
