Middle Sub School News
Sarah Hill - Middle Sub School Leader
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As Term 4 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible achievements of our Middle Sub School students and celebrate the memorable events that have marked the end of the year.
MSS Awards Celebration
Earlier this week, we celebrated the hard work, resilience, and achievements of our students during the Middle Sub School Awards. It was a joy to see so many students recognised for their growth, effort, and success across both academic and social areas. Thank you to all the students and staff who joined us in celebrating their accomplishments—we are so proud of our students!
Year 6 Graduation
On Thursday evening, we bid farewell to our wonderful Year 6 students as they celebrated their Graduation Ceremony in the Yaluk building. It was a heart warming evening filled with joy, gratitude and a touch of nostalgia as we reflected on their journey through primary school. We wish our graduates all the very best as they prepare to take on the challenges and opportunities of secondary school.
Looking Ahead to Transition Week
As we prepare for the 2025 school year, students will participate in Transition Week next week, an important opportunity to get to know their new classrooms, teachers, and peers. This week is designed to ensure a smooth start for students next year and help them feel confident and excited for the journey ahead.
A Big Thank You!
As the term ends, I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to our parents and guardians for your ongoing support throughout the year. Together, we’ve created a positive and nurturing environment where our students can thrive. Your partnership has been invaluable in making this year such a success.
Celebrating the End of Term
This is a time to reflect on all the progress and accomplishments our students have made. We encourage you to take a moment to celebrate their growth, whether through conversations at home, sharing stories from the year, or simply acknowledging their hard work.
Thank you again for being a vital part of our school community. Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season filled with joy, rest and time with loved ones.
Warm regards,
Sarah Hill
