Important Information for 2025

Update Healthcare/Pensioner Concession Card

If your healthcare/pensioner concession card is expiring over the holidays, kindly complete this form and return it by Friday 7 February 2025. You can also email the completed form to finance@salvado.wa.edu.au.

Booklists

Primary School students will receive all booklist items at the commencement of Term 1 in 2025. Parents/carers do not need to purchase any items and will be invoiced for these with the College Fees.

Secondary School booklists have been mailed to all 2025 Year 7 to Year 11 families.

Class Lists

Class allocations for 2025 will be emailed to parents of Kindergarten to Year 6 students on Thursday 12 December.

Year 7 to Year 11 students will receive information regarding classes in 2025, prior to commencement.

College Reception Closure and Opening Time

The College will be closed for the holidays as of Thursday 12 December at 3:00pm.

The College Reception will re-open on Monday 20 January 2025, between 8am and 4pm.

SEQTA Engage - Access to End-of-Year Reports

Student reports for Pre-Primary to Year 10 will be accessible on SEQTA Engage at the end of the term. Please ensure you can access the system prior by clicking here and entering your username and password.

Please ensure this is checked prior to the end of term.

Scholastic Book Club Rewards 2024

Thank you to all who purchased books from the Scholastic Book Club this year. You helped raise over $370 worth of rewards for the College to use for our students' learning journeys.
