Let’s Make St Kilda Park Primary Shine

Join Our Facilities Team Efforts!

At St Kilda Park Primary School, we believe that every child deserves an environment that inspires learning, creativity, and friendship. Our buildings and grounds are more than just spaces – they are places where imaginations grow, friendships blossom, and learning comes alive. To ensure our students have the best surroundings possible, we need the support of our amazing community.

This is where our Buildings and Grounds Sub-Committee (BAGS) comes in!

BAGS is a passionate group of staff, parents, and community members who meet regularly to plan and manage both major and minor projects.

They ensure our grounds are maintained, improved, and transformed into the vibrant spaces our students deserve.

From small maintenance jobs to big-picture planning, BAGS helps shape a school environment where all children can thrive.

We’d love YOU to get involved!

Our first BAGS meeting of the year is happening this Wednesday, 5th March, at 6pm in the staffroom. This is your chance to hear about upcoming projects, share ideas, and be part of a team that makes a real difference. Everyone is welcome—whether you have ideas to share, skills to offer, or simply a passion for making our school the best it can be!

But wait—there’s more!

🌿 First Working Bee of the Year – Thursday, 6th March | 3:45pm – 5:30pm 🌿

We’re calling on a small army of parents, carers, and friends to help us complete a range of important jobs around the school, especially in the garden. No need to worry about tools or know-how—all equipment and instructions will be provided. We just need your energy and enthusiasm!

It’s the perfect chance to stay after school, let the kids play, and join other families in making a tangible impact. Many hands make light work, and together we can achieve so much.
