Secondary 2-Day Athletics Carnival Results!
What an incredible two days of competition, teamwork, and school spirit! Congratulations to Luther for taking 1st place, with Carey in 2nd and Wesley securing 3rd! A huge shoutout to all our athletes for their amazing effort, determination and sportsmanship. Whether you won a race, cheered from the sidelines, or gave it your all, you made this carnival an enjoyable day! Well done, everyone!
The Baby Goats
Recently, the Year 5/6 class had some visitors; they were Coconut, Bounty and Milky (yes goats). Coconut and Bounty are little twin goats and Milky is their mum. They are black and white! Bounty has a black tail and coconut has a white tail. They are roughly a month old. Bounty has blue eyes but Coconut's eyes are blue and brown. All the kids loved playing with them and snuggling with them; they were so much fun. Their favorite food is Weet-bix. Everyone loved feeding them. They are so soft and fluffy. It was a pleasure having them visit, and we would all love for them to come back again, when they are adults.

Shrove Tuesday
Last week, our Kinder to Year 6 students at the Ulverstone campus came together to celebrate Shrove Tuesday! The delicious smell of pancakes filled the air as students learned about the significance of this tradition while enjoying a special treat.
Shrove Tuesday, often known as Pancake Day, marks the day before Lent begins in the Christian calendar. Traditionally, it was a time for people to use up rich ingredients like eggs, milk and sugar before the fasting season of Lent. Beyond the pancakes, this day is a meaningful opportunity for our students to reflect on the importance of preparing our hearts for Easter and growing in faith.
A huge thank you to our staff and volunteers who helped cook and serve the pancakes—it was a joy to see students sharing in this experience together!
Our Personalised Interest Groups are back!
Our Prep to Year 6 students get the opportunity to explore their passions, develop new skills, and connect with others who share their interests.
Students have been busy honing their journalism skills in Junior Journalists, tackling challenges in robot coding, getting creative with beach craft and guided drawing, and letting their voices shine in karaoke. Others have been strategising in Capture the Flag, growing in their faith through worship band, and sharpening their athletic abilities in soccer skills and handball. The excitement of scavenger hunts has also been a favourite!

STUDENTS ARRIVING EARLY TO SCHOOL – SAFETY CONCERN
A reminder to parents and guardians that children are not to be at school before 8.15am each morning please. Students arriving at school before 8.15am pose a safety and duty of care concern as we do not have staff on duty to supervise until this time.
Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
