Dear Families,
What a wonderful week at school this week! Monday kicked it off with Harmony Day, a day designed to help create awareness of people, celebrate culture and enjoy what each of us brings to the collective table, so to speak....to make our society better; more tolerant and more accepting.
A massive thanks to parents who cooked, baked and shared their talents with the students (and the staff!). To the students, for their ENTHUSIASM and ENGAGEMENT! To Kate, for her excellent planning and organisational skills. What a great start to the week!
Our New Outdoor Space!
We are so happy to announce a new passive learning space in the playground ~ our new Outdoor Library! Thanks to so many people for making this possible: Mark for the idea, all the parents for donating books and to Rosetta, Marie and Denise for their wonderful creativity! The students have already found the space (as seen in the photos below) to be a relaxing space for kids to relax, have some downtime and read a book with friends!
