Hi Team Westbreen,

Family Time

Alas, it will be hot again this Wednesday so we will be in the library this Wednesday for family time. This week, we will be playing, "What am I?". Pick a card (no peeking!) and try to guess what you are by asking your partner "Am I...?" questions. Am I an animal? Am I a large animal? Am I a herbivore? Am I a reptile? You'll have to think really hard and ask the right questions before the timer goes off!!! Ahhhhhh!!! But not to worry, if you get stuck, you can ask your partner for a clue. Be sure to come join us for this super-duper fun activity in the library from 3.15 pm to 4.15 pm tomorrow.

Parents, please don’t forget:

  • If your child needs a snack after school, please eat before coming into the library.
  • absolutely no jumping on big bear or he will be oh-so-sad.
  • Please don’t send your child, or children, to Family Time and tell them you will join them later. Parents  &/or Carer’s must always accompany AND supervise their child, or children, during Family Time.

Playgroup at Westbreen

Thank you to Georgia for organising and coordinating the restart-up of Westbreen’s Playgroup and thank you to everyone that attended. Westbreen’s Playgroup will be held every Thursday from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. Visitors need to sign in via the school office before making their way over to the Specialist Building.

You don’t have to be an existing member of the Westbreen community to attend our playgroup, it’s open to all families with children that are aged from 0 to 5 years. If you, or any members of your family, your neighbours or friends, are interested, please contact our playgroup Coordinator, Georgia Poletti Moulds at Georgia.poletti.moulds@gmail.com for more information and to register. Alternatively, you can register via the QR code on the flyer in this newsletter.

Have a great week everyone and I look forward to seeing you out in the yard.
