Traffic Safety and Management

To ensure the safety of all our students and community members, we need to work together to manage the traffic and safety of everyone around the school at both campuses.

To ease traffic congestion around the school at arrival and dismissal times, we ask that where possible families walk to drop off and collect their children. The Kirner Street entry at our Molesworth Street Campus and the Water Tank Gate along Harcourt Street at our Errol Street Campus are perfect for those families walking to and from school.

If you are using the ‘kiss and go’ zones at either campus, please ensure you follow the below example which explains the kiss and go procedure. Please note, there is no parking in the drop off and pick up zone along Murphy Street, Harcourt Street and Molesworth Street. This is a 2 minute drop off zone only, where drivers are asked to stay in the car. It is very similar to an airport pick up and drop off zone.

An alternative to using the ‘kiss and go’ zones is to park in surrounding streets and walk the short distance with your children to the school gates.
