Important Dates
After school care booked out at Molesworth street Mondays to Thursdays
Due to high demand, 2025 After school care is booked out at the Molesworth Street campus on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We will be unable to take any permanent or casual bookings for these sessions, and will place any booking requests on a wait list. Families on the waitlist will be contacted as soon as a place becomes available.
We have limited spaces available on Friday After school care, and everyday before school care. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. We hope to have a solution for this soon, watch this space.
Biz - E - Kidz Autumn 2025 Holiday Program Important dates
We are excited to announce the important dates for the Autumn 2025 holiday program.
Holiday Program Dates:
- Holiday program runs Monday 7th April to Thursday 17th of April
- We are closed Friday 18th of April and Monday 21st of April for the Easter public holidays
- School, before and after school care resumes on Tuesday 22nd of April.
Bookings open and other important dates.
Holiday Program release - Week Beginning Monday 3rd March
Program plans will be available online, via compass, newsletter and email. (we will not be releasing a hard copy)
Holiday Program Bookings open – Tuesday 11th March:
Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral Errol Street Campus account. If you do not have a Errol street campus Biz - e - Kidz account, you will need to create one.
Holiday Program Bookings Close - Friday 14th March:
Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability. Any bookings made after the 20/12 will be confirmed after we reopen on the 6/1/25
Confirmations of places - Week Beginning 17th March
Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families via Smartcentral
Deposits due and last day to make changes - Friday 28th of March
A $10 per child per day deposit is due and last date to make any changes to your holiday program booking. Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee.
Ramp works around Biz - E - Kidz
Due to ramp upgrades, there will be some construction works in the outside areas around Biz - E - Kidz over the upcoming months. Initially this will impact the ‘bag area’, which we will move to outside of the gym. Following that, it will impact the doors between Biz - E - Kidz and the oval. If the works affect families' access to Biz - E - Kidz, we will notify you through signage, on Compass and by email.
