Sampling Saltbush and Other Garden Goodies
This week the Year 4's have been sampling saltbush as part of our menu of:
Cherry Tomato and Basil Focaccia with Saltbush Butter and Garden Goodies.
We have been learning new knife licence techniques "Rock and Chop" to chop herbs and "The Bridge" to carefully slice cherry tomatoes. We also had the opportunity to sample some saltbush from the garden and learn more about this interesting plant.
