Aiming High
In grade 6 we are setting our writing standards high.
We are working on developing 'Strong Ideas' to thread though our writing pieces.
To achieve this, students are practicing the skill of funnelling ideas, by unpacking 'writing seeds' such as the picture attached.
As you can see, grade 6's are unpacking and sharing inspiration through conversation, before the writing phrase.
