As we are now publishing the newsletter every second week, we will be posting 2 weeks of Student  Awards in the newsletter. However, each week at the Friday assembly we will only be presenting the awards for that week. 

Assembly is every Friday afternoon at around 3.10pm.

Student Learning- 5/6

In 5/6, we have been engaging in creative writing and working through the writing process—brainstorming, drafting, revising, editing, and publishing. With our published pieces, we have each set a personal writing goal to focus on over the next few weeks. Here are some of our writing pieces!

In 5/6 we have been exploring patterns through number and shape. Students created their own tessellations and identified rotations, reflections and translations. 

We have also explored in well-being how to communicate and listen without speaking and working together to achieve goals.
