Year 11 Biology Healesville Sanctuary Excursion

At Healesville Sanctuary, students explored real-life examples to learn how inherited adaptations impact on biodiversity. They discovered how science is used to communicate contemporary bioethical issues and built their knowledge about species adaptations, ecological relationships and human impacts. Students conducted scientific investigations and collect data, which will be used as part of the school-based assessment for VCE Biology Unit 2.
