TERM 4

BOOK FAIR IS COMING !

We will be hosting another Scholastic Book Fair in Term 4.  The Book Fair will arrive on Monday, November 6th with student only browsing for the first week during their library sessions. 

Parents will be able to purchase before school 8:50 am - 9:20 am and after school 3:30 pm to 3:45 pm from Thursday, 16th of November with last day of sales being Friday 17th November.

Thursday the 16th will be a student free purchasing session - so that parents can purchase gifts while students are in class.

Friday the 17th we will be open for the Grandparents day afternoon as well.

Issue 7 - Book Club

Issue 7 closes on Monday 23rd October.

REMINDER TO RETURN LIBRARY BOOKS

Currently there are 133 overdue books which is over $2000 worth of books that have been misplaced.

All students who have overdue books would have received a note regarding these this week. Could you please take the time to look for these books and return them to the library as soon as possible.

Parents will be receiving an email shortly in regards to overdue books and the payment for these.  Please follow this up as these are resources that students are unable to borrow if they are missing and not replaced.

If any parents are able to help with contacting books could they please contact me via email -  kirsty.lister@education.vic.gov.au

Initially there will be some preparation tasks that will be required to be completed at school.  To enable you to help me on-site you will need a current Working With Children's Check.

This unreliable weather is perfect for reading, either snuggled up in a blanket or out under the shade of a tree.
