Parent Hub Login Change - Wednesday 04 October
By Mr Micah Pearce
From Wednesday 4 October how you login to The Hub and Hub App will change.
Based on feedback from the school community we have worked to improve the parent sign in experience by providing the choice of either a username and password and/or quick sign-in options for common email providers (Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook).
You will receive an email (by 5PM Wednesday 4 October) from the school titled 'Welcome to the KWS Hub' with further information on how to login.
The above is our new Hub welcome screen and will indicate that you are using the new login experience - please select 'Parent Sign in' to continue.
You are now on the new parent login screen and can chose to either enter your registered email address and password (a temporary one can be found in the 'Welcome to the KWS Hub' email) or click on one of the fast signs in options below.
If you forget your password, please click 'I forgot my password' on the login page and follow the prompts.
If you encounter any technical difficulties, please check your welcome email and then contact support@kws.nsw.edu.au for assistance.
