Fundraiser Volunteers Required

Dear families,

The Referendum vote is coming up on Saturday 14 October and we will be holding a  fundraising sausage sizzle. To help us with this event, we are looking for your assistance with the following:

WORKING BEE VOLUNTEERS

We'd love for the school to be looking its best ahead of the day, so we will be running a  mini working bee between 2 - 4pm on Friday 13 October. Please bring along leaf blowers, rakes and brooms if you have them handy. 

SAUSAGE & DRINKS STALL VOLUNTEERS

We are looking for assistance on Referendum Day from volunteers to occupy our sausage and drinks stalls. We have set up a volunteer sign up form which has a number of time slots across the day. Each time slot is 1.5 hours, so not too long!  

DONATIONS

In addition to volunteers, we are requesting donations for sausages, drinks, and cooking  supplies to help us make the most of the day. To donate we have set up a link that you can go into and nominate from a list what you are able to donate to help us – that way we can keep track of everything so we know whether we will have an under or  over supply. Once you nominate what you can donate, you can then drop those donations off to the school hall kitchen on Friday 13th or first thing Saturday 14th. Importantly,  regarding sausages, we don’t want people to donate physical sausages. Instead, there is  the option in the attached link to simply donate $20 to help with the purchase of sausages. Cash donations or EFT payments can be made at any time by dropping into reception.
