Grade 6 Disco 

 Dear BNW community,

As you have probably heard by now, there is going to be a Grade 6 Disco in Term 4 for our kids graduating from BNWPS in 2023. This is a parent-led initiative, guided by a representative Grade 6 student committee who will be meeting each week until our disco date! This event does not replace the official graduation, but is an additional moment of celebration.

Grade 6s ran a fundraising treat stall last week and raised a fabulous $476.40  to go towards the cost of the event. We hope to raise the remaining funds through ticket sales.

The ticket link and further details will be communicated at the beginning of next term, but here are a few things to know until then:

Date: Friday October 20th

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm sharp

Place: Jacobs Reserve Scout Hall

Dress theme: Neon Barbie (voted on by Grade 6 kids)

There will be a kids DJ, with games (eg limbo), snacks (pizza and small treat), soft drinks, and a photo booth.

Kids will be signed in and out of the venue. Adult supervision will be provided throughout the event by a number of parent volunteers.
