• Book Club Issue 7: Orders due back no later than Friday 20 October.

This week is the last week to make sure all those unruly overdue library books to be returned. Next week we will be emailing any overdue listings directly to parents/guardians in the hope that any more outstanding books are either “returned, replaced or paid for”.

Borrowing books from the library not only gives children a feeling of independence in regard to making their own choices in what they would like to read, but it is also to instil sense of responsibility to take care of something that doesn’t belong to them and that they must return.  No one will get into “trouble” for being honest and admitting they have lost or damaged a book.  Please make contact if there are any issues.

Exciting news is that Book Fair is coming next month!  More details are to follow, but we will be needing some volunteers to help us run the fair, so if you think you might be able to help out, please get in touch.
