Look Who Got Engaged

Congratulations to Miss Lauren Borg (Year Prep L) on her recent engagement to her partner Pas. We wish them well as they embark on this new chapter of their lives and hope their wedding plans run smoothly.

Disco Highlights!

A wonderful time was had by all at our school disco on Friday night as our children 'danced the night away.'

As usual, our Candy Corner was a huge hit with children frequently visiting to 'fuel' themselves for the dancefloor.

Thank you so much to our PFA for co-coordinating the event and to all parents who volunteered to help on the night.

I'm sure there were some tired bodies by the night's end. For more photos and videos, check out our Facebook page at:

First Reconciliation

We congratulate the 15 students who received the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time last night at a beautiful and most reverent ceremony.

Thank you to the parents, Miss Kenny, Miss Sarah and Miss Marakis who all assisted the children in preparing for this very special sacrament and to Miss Wilkinson for her co-ordination of the sacrament.

Year Prep 2024 Transition

Next Monday we will host our first Year Prep 2024 Transition Morning so there will be NO morning assembly.

It's always an exciting time welcoming our new children (and families) and one we always look forward to.

Our current Year Preps will be working in the Art Room with Miss Shelly for the morning session so we ask you to head in that direction upon arrival.

There will be extra congestion in and around the school, especially in regards to parking so please plan for this in your morning routine.

Multicultural Day

Next Wednesday is Multicultural Day!

It will be an exciting day where our school community, will celebrate our diversity.

Those who are ordering lunch options ( sushi or pasta),  MUST have their order forms returned to the school office with the correct money (no change will be given) by tomorrow.

And don't forget to come to school dressed in something that reflects multiculturalism to your family. In the past, we have been graced with the presence of an international soccer player, a Roman soldier, a Spanish dancer, an ancient Egyptian and even a Disney Princess or two. Of course, this is entirely optional, but the children will have the opportunity to parade their costumes at our special Assembly.

We are really looking forward to this exciting day and thank Signora Catrina Anderson in advance for all the work she has put into organising such an event.

Swimming Program

Our Year Prep-4 Swimming Program commences on Monday 30th October and will run for seven (7) consecutive days at the Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre.

Swimming is part of the Physical Education curriculum and it is expected that all students attend.  Students will travel to and from the venue by bus each day and each lesson runs for 43 minutes.

Details have been sent home to families via Operoo.

Over the two-week period there will be timetable changes to accommodate the program. For your reference, an abridged Week 5 and Week 6 program is detailed below:

Have a wonderful week.

God Bless
