Welcome to the P&F in 2024
The Kinross Wolaroi Parents and Friends Association (P&F) provides an invaluable service to the School. We are a voluntary group that provides a forum for social and educational occasions for parents, fundraising activities, and other support to the school as required. Membership of the P&F is open to all parents and friends of students at the School from Pre-Kinder to Year 12.
Friend Raising
The focus of P&F is communication and connection, reaching out to all associated with the school to build a friendly and welcoming community – “Friend Raising”. The P&F aims to strengthen the relationship between family, school and the wider community for the benefit of their children’s overall development and learning.
The P&F is particularly instrumental in welcoming new parents into the School community via morning teas, dinners and social gatherings. Fundraising
Income from fees and fundraising are used to support social and community activities and to provide resources and opportunities for enriching the environment of the School and students. The P&F are partnering with the school in 2024 to stage the Kinross Wolaroi School Country Fair - a major event that draws our entire community together.
P&F Meetings in 2024
P&F Meetings are generally held twice a Term on a Wednesday night in the Boardroom, Wolaroi Mansion. Please enter via the main front door - the Boardroom is the first door on the right. Online access is provided at each meeting to allow participation for those unable to attend in person. All parents and carers are welcome to attend meetings.
