Vermont Secondary College Parent Payment Arrangements 2024

Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:
school camps or trips
swimming and school-organised sport programs
outdoor education programs
excursions and incursions.
Eligibility for the CSEF
Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents are eligible to apply. A special consideration category also exists. Schools can receive,
applications from families up to 23rd June 2024. Families can list more than one student in the one application if they are attending the same school.

The sooner you submit your CSEF application the sooner the money will be available. If you are wanting the CSEF to assist with the cost of the upcoming Year 7 Camp, please apply now.
Accessing school policies
We regularly update our college policies and would like to make them more accessible to our families. You will already find some policies on our website, but you can now access many of them in Compass under School Documentation.

General Office Closure.
The General Office will close from 12 noon December 20th, 2023, for the school holidays and will reopen on January 29th, 2024.
The General Office staff wish everyone a safe and happy break and look forward to seeing you in 2024.
