JSA OPERATIONS- Understanding the Why?

Our Operations Folder helps keep everyone on the same page by providing easy access to important procedures and guidelines. It ensures that everyone knows what to do, helps with training new staff, and supports smooth operations, especially in emergencies. "Knowledge is the key that unlocks safety, guiding us to make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary risks."

Maintaining the storeroom is essential for ensuring a safe and organized environment.  When using the cleaner's room, it's important to coordinate with Sally, ensuring that her work is not disrupted. Always respect her schedule, and only access the cleaner's room when Sally is in attendance to maintain clear communication and efficiency in shared spaces.

Toilet hygiene is crucial for maintaining personal health and preventing the spread of germs and infections. It involves practices like properly cleaning the toilet seat, and ensuring the toilet bowl is clean. Good toilet hygiene is essential in our spaces to reduce the risk of illnesses such as gastrointestinal infections.
