PFA Stall at Student/Parent/ Teacher Conferences - 18 September 2024

The Parents & Friends Association will be organising a refreshments stall in The John Landy Centre at the upcoming Term 3 Student/Parent/Teacher Conferences on Wednesday 18 September 2024. Treat yourself to some delicious sweet and savoury items while you get to know about your child’s progress in school.

We hope to receive your support in large

numbers. We will be extremely happy to

welcome any volunteers from the wider community who can assist us at this event with an hour or more of their time. Please forward your interest via email to Aban at aban2309@yahoo.com.

East Doncaster Secondary College Multicultural Evening – 11 October 2024

The Parents & Friends Association is extremely keen to network with the wider community of the College. We would like to invite everyone at the College to a Multicultural evening on Friday 11 October 2024.

Our College community is a wonderful blend of so many different cultures. Please come together at this event and bring a plate to share (it would be wonderful if the plate shared depicted your cultural food). We hope everyone has a great time socialising with the wider College community.

You will have received an email via Compass from the College requesting your expression of interest/RSVP for this event. Due to demand we have re-opened access to the Expression of Interest form. Please ensure you respond by Friday, 20th September 2024 at the latest.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the night.

Bunnings Sausage Sizzle - 13 October 2024

The PFA is organising another Bunnings Sausage Sizzle at Bunnings Doncaster in Term 4 on 13 October 2024. This is a great fundraising opportunity.

We would like to request the wider school community to volunteer their help for this event. Please forward your expression of interest via email to Aban at aban2309@yahoo.com. We will be delighted to include you in our list of volunteers.

PFA Raffle

The PFA is very excited to organise this year’s Mega Raffle which is now in its fourth year. This year our raffle is bigger and better with many special prizes. We are launching this special raffle very soon as we celebrate EDSC’s 50th Anniversary. We have lots of prizes to be won. Our prize pool already contains almost 50 prizes. The raffle will be drawn mid-December and a confirmed date will be announced in our next newsletter. Please watch this page for further news and more information on prizes.
