One of the areas that we focus on at HEPS and is of high importance is regulation. All people need to be able to match their energy with the activity and when this doesn’t align, dysregulation can occur.   • will give examples of how you can respond to your child’s big feelings 
  • may take up to 1 hour to complete 
  • does not need to be done all at once.
