Parent Teacher Interviews and Subject Selection 

Mark your calendars for Monday, 25 August 2025, as we host two important events for our school community: 

• Parent and Teacher Interviews - 4:00pm to 7:00pm. An opportunity for parents and carers to connect with teachers and discuss student progress, achievements, and areas for growth. Bookings can be made on Sentral, so keep an eye out for more information on how to secure your timeslot. 
• Year 9 2026 Subject Selection Evening - 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Following the interviews, we invite current Year 8 students and their families to attend this informative session to learn about the subject choices available for Year 9 in 2026. Staff will be available to answer questions and support students in making informed decisions about their learning pathways.

Get Ready for Book Week 2025 !

Get ready for an exciting Book Week from Monday, August 18th to Friday, August 22nd!

Activities include the JJ Staff Favourite Book Guessing Competition, a Jelly Bean Guessing Competition, and a Book Sale. Participation in each activity requires a gold coin donation, with all proceeds going towards supporting Indigenous literacy programs.

On Friday, August 22nd, we will host our Book Character Dress-Up Day! 

Students and staff are invited to dress up as their favourite book characters and bring a gold coin donation. 

Prizes will be awarded for Best Costume, Best Group Costume, Best Staff Costume, and Best Dressed Faculty.

Let’s celebrate the joy of reading together while supporting an important cause!
