Year 11 - BStreetSmart Event 

Our Year 11 students recently participated in the #BStreetSmart event, an impactful experience focused on road safety. They witnessed a realistic crash scene scenario featuring all first responders and heard powerful testimonies from road crash survivors and their families. The day was enriched with engaging interactive displays from various organisations, including the SES, Transport NSW, Westmead Emergency Department, and the Intensive Care Unit.

Students left the event with a deeper understanding of road safety and trauma, and were powerfully reminded of their responsibilities as future drivers. This experience has equipped them with valuable insights that will undoubtedly influence their choices on the road.

SRC Advocates for Air Conditioning During Public Education Week

During Public Education Week, our dedicated Student Representative Council (SRC) took the opportunity to attend the P&C meeting, where they presented a compelling proposal advocating for air conditioning in our classrooms. 

Their respectful and thoughtful approach in voicing the concerns of their peers truly impressed us all!

It’s inspiring to witness our students actively engaging in discussions that impact their learning environment. Together, we can work towards creating a more comfortable and conducive space for everyone.
