Student of the Week

Visual Arts - Icy 4A (Be a Learner) Icy demonstrates great focus and interest in the content that she is learning in Art and always strives to put in her best effort to create fabulous art works. This week she showed exceptional talent in how she chose to display her lighthouse collograph print. Congratulations Icy!

Performing Arts - Arshpreet 3C (Be a Learner) for her dedication to singing in choir. She carefully follows instructions, shows enthusiasm in every rehearsal, and contributes to a positive and focused learning environment. Well done for your commitment and joyful attitude which has inspired others to do their best!

Chinese - Max 5A (Be a Learner/ Be Respectful) Embracing challenges to write Chinese characters and asking his peers questions in Mandarin. Max has also demonstrated positive learning behaviours by putting his hands up to share his ideas during whole class learning. Awesome Work Max.  

L.L.I. (Year 4) - Louis 4B Louis you are working so hard in L.L.I classes and I can see you improving everyday with your reading. Keep remembering to read every night at home as this will support your fluency. I am proud of you!

 

6A - Emma (Be a Learner) You are developing confidence and trust in yourself to complete your work independently in the classroom. Your ability to reflect on your actions and consider expectations continues to improve. While you have a quiet personality, it is beginning to shine more and more each day. It’s great having you in 6A this year!

6B - Lani (Be a Learner) This week’s spotlight shines on a fantastic author and illustrator who has shown outstanding creativity, persistence, and dedication. She has worked tirelessly to craft and revise her imaginative narrative about a whale - Emilia, carefully editing each detail and thoughtfully improving her illustrations to create the perfect picture book. Her commitment to excellence and storytelling has truly paid off — a true role model for young writers and artists everywhere. Well done!

6C - Ryan For consistently striving to achieve your best by asking questions for clarification. Keep up the great enthusiasm.

 

5A - Emelia (Be a Learner) for completing her learning to the best of her ability.  She is a dedicated learner always trying her best.

5B - Nesan (Be a learner) for his improved efforts in learning, especially during Mathematics. He displayed whole body listening during whole class instruction, demonstrating an eagerness to learn and improve his understanding. 

5C -Sarah (Be a Learner)  for consistently striving to achieve your best by asking questions for clarification. Keep up the great enthusiasm.

 

4A - Sidak (Be a Learner / Be Respectful) for her efforts and dedication to her learning. She always gives her best! Her positive attitude and supportive nature make her a true role model to her peers and younger students. Keep up the awesome work Sidakpreet!

4B -Felix P (Be a Learner) for focusing on his work and making the most of learning opportunities. Felix has improved his effort and attitude towards learning this term. Well Done!

3A - Ethendoss (Be a Learner) for his dedication during math this week when creating a range of 3D objects. Keep up the great effort Ethendoss! 

3B - Richy (Be a Learner) for making amazing progress in your reading and putting in so much effort at home. Your dedication is helping you grow into a confident reader. We see how hard you are working and are really proud of you. Keep it up, superstar!

3C - Dilshaan (Be a Learner) for using text clues and his prior knowledge to infer about characters in fiction texts. You have worked resiliently and persevered when it has been challenging. Great work, Dilshaan!

 

2A- Khoa - for putting in high levels of effort into his learning, taking pride in the presentation of his work, and showing great dedication in mathematics this week. Well done, Khoa!

1A - Jackson- (Be a Learner) for showing outstanding dedication to his learning and enjoying the challenge of solving complex Maths problems
