School Captains

Hello,

On Monday, the School Captains were invited to join the school Leadership (SIT) meeting. 

Jeslyn:

On Monday, the school captains attended the Leadership meeting, also know an 'SIT'.

During the meeting, we took notes about all the school leaders and their responsibilities and also what they do before and after school. One thing I learnt was that this meeting happens every Monday.

Kim:

On Monday, we joined the SIT meeting with the school Leadership team. They made quick decisions and worked well together. They negotiated and challenged each others thinking. They also made sure everyone had a chance to speak and share ideas.

Elizabeth:

Something that stood out for me at the SIT meeting was that when someone had an idea that not everyone understood or liked, instead of arguing, they negotiated. It was so amazing to see our school leaders being so mature about things like this.

Aria:

Over all, it was a wonderful experience to be part of and to learn from.
