2026 School Contributions - Split Billing Request

Dear Parents, Carers and Families 

The College is preparing the 2026 contributions and recognises that some families would like to split their school contributions between two parties. If you would like to do this both parties must complete and return the “Split Billing Request for School Contributions’ form and return it to the College either in person or via email mordialloc.co@education.vic.gov.au by Friday the 19th September. 

Both parties are required to sign the form, authorising the account to be divided equally (50% each) and return by the due date for split billing to be applied to the 2026 contributions.

Please note a new form needs to be completed for each school year.
