Hello Foundation Families!
Exciting week in Foundation, we finally got to go on the playground! What a anticipated moment we have been waiting for all year. It was incredible to see the kids play, swing and use their patience as they explored their new space for the first time.
In Maths this week, we explored length. We measured with unifix, paper clips and even had a turn at using a ruler. A highlight was measuring the footprints around the courtyard. Students used teamwork to measure "end to end" and to "leave no gaps" to ensure accurate measuring was happening.
We have lots of Foundation events coming up, so please see the dates below!
Also, please check out our amazing door displays that we have created for book week. We are so proud of the outcomes!
Kind Regards,
Tegan, Emma and Ash
