Independence Centre

Highlight

Selamat siang,

What a wonderful week it has been for our Year 3/4s! We’ve had the joy of celebrating both Indonesian Day and Book Week.

Indonesian Day was packed with excitement,  from traditional sports and cooking to hands-on activities that deepened our understanding and appreciation of Indonesian culture.

Book Week was equally special, with highlights including buddy reading with our Year 2 and Kindergarten friends, inspiring visits from authors who shared their stories, and of course, the much-anticipated Book Week Parade!

We are so proud of the enthusiasm and creativity our students have shown throughout the week.

Stay warm and have a wonderful week ahead,

Kathy, Ros, Julia, Mandy, Suzie and Emily
