Our Learning - Weeks 1 & 2


Reading	We are learning to apply our comprehension strategies as we explore a chosen novel study, making connections, analysing characters, and discussing key themes.
Writing	We are learning to reflect on our primary school journey by creating personal scrapbooks that celebrate our memories, achievements, and growth throughout the years.
Maths	We are learning about fractions through hands-on activities, exploring equivalence, converting between improper and mixed numbers, and using mathematical vocabulary to explain our thinking.
Social and Emotional Learning	We are learning about gender-based violence, building our understanding of respect, equality, and the importance of standing up for ourselves and others.

This terms students are working on adding to their scrapbooks. Each week they can choose a task from the activity grid to complete.
