Week 7 Wrap Up!

This week at OSHClub was full of flavour, fun, and creativity! Our Breakfast Club menu was a huge hit with the children enjoying a delicious range of options including chocolate and strawberry crepes, egg-in-a-hole, cinnamon sugar French toast, fresh fruit salad with yoghurt, and yummy breakfast burritos. In the afternoons, our Snack Squad kept everyone energised with comforting and tasty meals such as mac and cheese, sushi bowls, veggie spring rolls, chicken noodles, and cheese and veggie sandwiches.

In Cooking Club, the children had a wonderful time baking choc-chip cookies and making their own mini pizzas, choosing their favourite toppings and learning about different flavours. Our Creative Activities were also a highlight of the week, with children making their own jewellery, sculpting with playdough and air-dry clay, folding origami, joining paper plane competitions, and creating unique pieces through recycled materials crafts, which quickly became a favourite among the group! To keep active, the children took part in a group skipping challenge, as well as friendly games of volleyball and badminton. We also enjoyed plenty of group games both in the hall and out on the oval, giving everyone a chance to join in and have fun together. As we wrapped up the week, the children worked on some special Father’s Day crafts, creating thoughtful and handmade gifts to celebrate the upcoming occasion!

Family Suggestions

At OSHClub, we deeply value our families and community and would love to incorporate more family voices into our program. Whether it's a cherished family recipe we can cook together, a creative art activity, or any other idea, we would greatly appreciate your input!

Feel free to share your suggestions in our journal, located in the parent sign-in area, and we’ll do our best to bring them to life. Your contributions help make our program even more special!

Cancellation of Bookings

IMPORTANT: If your child is booked in for an afternoon Stay and Play session and that booking is no longer required, please cancel the booking on the iParent Portal. If you are cancelling on the day, please contact us on the program phone before 3:15pm.

We are responsible for all children booked into our care. If a child does not arrive after school care when booked in to attend, we will need to confirm the whereabouts of the child by contacting parents/guardians and emergency contacts. If we cannot successfully do this, it then becomes a missing child incident.

As you can imagine, this can be very stressful!

Thanks for your cooperation by notifying us of any Stay and Play absences.
