CONGRATULATIONS Nate!

Nate recently participated in the opening round of the Victorian Schools Mountain Bike Series. In a large field of U11 boys and on a technical course, he rode with courage and determination and was rewarded with third place!

CONGRATULATION JADE!!!

Art has been one of Jade's favourite subjects since prep.

Jade taps into her passion for art and craft as a meaningful form of self-care. She sets aside time to engage in creative expression and actively practices 'Sharpening the Saw' and refreshing her mind by using Art.

CONGRATULATIONS Maddox!

Maddox is a student with an amazing talent for dirt bike riding! Check out his awesome photos and videos to see him in action!

CONGRATULATIONS William & Oliver!

This was a big step towards their team to be invited to join the Under 11’s Development Squad program! "We are excited to invite your child to join our Under 11's Development Squad program. This squad is for players beginning their journey in the squad program-a key next step in their football development. It provides a structured and supportive environment that challenges them to grow both technically and tactically, with training designed around the City methodology. Players will be pushed to improve their decision-making, game understanding, and technical execution as they begin to adapt to the demands of a more advanced playing level. Your child's selection for the Development Squad reflects on our belief that they're ready to take the next step in their football journey."

Le Page PS is proud to be on our journey to becoming a Leader in Me Lighthouse School.

The Leader in Me is a whole-school-based school improvement process based on the idea that everyone can be a leader.

This evidence-based approach empowers students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive. By developing the whole child; socially, emotionally, academically and ethically, we foster a school climate that promotes greatness.

Our Mission Statement at Le Page is –

Identify the talent, develop the confidence, and create the leader.

Our mission is to develop student leaders with active and creative minds, a sense of understanding, and compassion for others.

At Le Page PS we truly believe in our mission statement and strive to help our students to achieve their potential. Through the Leader in Me implementation, we have better defined our school’s mission and live it more fully. By creating a focus on leadership, our school has improved, and our students are not only learning academically but also acquiring the social and emotional skills needed for life.

Students are set a task at the beginning of each year to create a Personal Mission Statement which they display in their rooms. This helps students remember what they stand for, and how they plan to use their personal values.
