"THE POTATO OLYMPICS"

Our students participated in the potato Olympics, where they created their own "potato" athlete. Students put their mathematical knowledge of measurement including time, weight and distance to good use in a fiercely contested event! Students had a mashing time as they peeled their way to victory!

OUR PLACE IN SPACE

Our 5/6s are looking at "Our Place In Space" for their inquiry unit and have made space shuttles to protect our astronauts.  Their learning focus was shock absorption and stability.
