Important Information

Events on Compass:

We would like to take the opportunity to thank those who consent and pay for events on time via Compass. However, we still have many parents who do not complete these steps on time. Going forward, students who have not provided consent and payment by the deadline will miss out on events, and no additional reminders will be sent. This change is necessary to ensure proper planning and safety for all students attending events. The time spent following up on these matters has become unsustainable.

To check your status for upcoming events, please visit the events tab on the main menu on Compass. 

Late collection of students:

Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these hours, as our staff also have families and commitments of their own. While we recognise that occasional delays can happen, we have noticed an increase in the frequency of late pickups. We appreciate your efforts to ensure timely collection of your children and collect them no later than 3.45 pm.

Students arriving early:

Despite our repeated requests, we’ve observed that some students are still arriving on site before 8:30 a.m. We truly value their eagerness to start the school day, but unfortunately, we cannot provide supervision before this time. To ensure your child is safely cared for if they need to arrive earlier, please book them into Oshclub.
