Grade Nights
In Week 3, we will be hosting Grade Evenings for every grade. This is a fabulous way to find out what will be happening in your child’s classroom and what support you may be required to give. The sessions are short and begin with a cool drink in our foyer. There is a competition to see which grade has the highest attendance of parents and carers! Everyone is very welcome to attend. Please note, these sessions are for parents and children do not need to attend.

School Hats
School hats are available to purchase from the school office and Lowes. They are $25.00 each. Please ensure your child has their hat each day and it is labelled with their name.
Medication Alert
A reminder to parents that ALL medication should be handed into the office, it must not be kept in your child's bag. Any medication must be provided in it's original packaging with written (or emailed) instructions for administration.
All new or updated Medical Plans must be shared with our Office. It is a legal requirement that we have the most recent plan in place. This is of course for the safety and well being of our students.
P & F News
-The first meeting of the year will be held on Wednesday 25th February. 5.00pm. We would love to see lots of new faces join us.
-At the last assembly of 2025, St Xavier's School was presented with a cheque for $8500. This was the proceeds of our fundraising efforts. St Xavier's will use this money to benefit all children through extra educational resources.
-One of our biggest fundraisers of the year is the Catholic Debutante Ball. This is a huge event and we will need lots of helpers. We will put the call out soon. In the meantime, save the date: Friday 27th March.
