Room 9

Biological Science in our School Garden 

Each fortnight, on a Wednesday, room 9 students have the opportunity to venture out into the Modbury School garden.  

Dilanjali has been supporting us with exploring and learning about the greenhouse, caring for and planting different vegetables and fruits in our garden beds.  

We have cleaned up non-living things in Rhiannon’s Garden like twigs, leaves and old branches.

In the classroom we have been learning about why we use greenhouses, what grows in greenhouses and living and non-living things.
