SUNSMART

Staff need to apply sunscreen to students and ensure students have a hat when they play outside. This also includes any outside break time during a work session. We do announce an inside lunch/recess break when the UV reaches 10.

SSGs

It has been great to see teachers engaging with parents and sharing information about students. This is the last SSG week. Please ensure your minutes have ben typed and 2 copies are sent home - one for parents to keep, and one for them to sign and return.

PLC

This will begin for teachers on Monday at 3:30.

Can help you when you need:

- another staff member for a short time

- you have a staff member from your team away and need help with breaks

- can ask questions, especially for new staff.

Please take note of the current general "To Do" list for teachers and/or ES staff.

Classroom to do list:

• Norms and Protocols- complete and email PSSL 
• Create a Maintenance Program - (Teachers)
• Displan- upload to SharePoint 
• Excursion Planner- due end of Week 5. Upload to SharePoint 
• Tier 1 checklist (Can be completed during a CTM)
• Create a Visual Timetable and send home 
• Update your green Classroom Operations Folder 

I have been keeping track of how teams are going with these tasks. Well done to those teams working together to complete these. 

Kinder Gym

This program will begin on Monday 26th Feb. There will be a slight change in the Yard Duty Roster to accomodate for this weekly excursion.
