Bunnings BBQ – Saturday June 1

St Kevin’s has been allocated Saturday June 1 for our Bunnings Fundraising BBQ at the DONCASTER store.

In order for the BBQ to be a success, we need helpers on the day, there are five - two hour slots and we need a minimum of three people for each two hour slot.

If you are unable to assist on the day, there is also the option to donate sauces, soft drinks, serviettes or money (to be used to purchase sausages, bead & onions).

Please find the link to the survey below that you can complete to nominate a preferred time slot to volunteer and/or note any items that you would like to donate.

If you would like to donate money towards purchasing items for the day, you can do so via Compass Canteen by selecting the date of June 1.

Manningham Monster Raffle:

St Kevin’s will once again be sending each family home a book of 10 tickets into the Manningham Monster Raffle. It would be great if every family could sell one book of ten raffle tickets ($2 per ticket).

Last year the 1st Prize was won by the Antoniou Family from our school – imagine if we sell another 1st prize raffle ticket this year!!!

The tickets will be sent home with the eldest student from each family on Monday May 20. The school receives $1.50 from every ticket sold.

It would be appreciated if all sold and/or unsold tickets are returned to the school by the school advised return date of Friday June 7.

Please note that this will be cash only to assist the PFA with the administration of the process.
