Mother's Day, Picture Plates, Cookie Dough, so much happening in term 2!

Picture Plates

Our picture plate fundraiser is all set to close next Friday 10 May.  If you want to participate, please ensure you hand your completed templates and forms back to your teacher, and pay for your order online before this date. School families are still welcome to participate, please get in touch with me to find out more.

Mother's Day Stalls

Mother's Day is just days away, and we have lots of great gift ideas for the children to choose from this year. Thankyou to everyone who has already signed up to help.  We still need a number of volunteers (dad's?!) to help run the stalls.  Stalls will be held on Wednesday 8th (kinder - 1 hour), Thursday 9th (kinder - 1 hour) and Friday 10th (kinder + school - 3 hours).  If you're able to help out for a little bit on any of the above dates, please pop your name down at https://volunteersignup.org/KXYL7 , it's always a great fun event to be involved with.

Cake Raffle

Our cake raffle this week was supplied by the Ma family, and raised $34.80!  Thanks to everyone who has put their name down on the sign up sheet on the P&F board at Reception, the Term 2 raffle roster is now all filled up.

The cake raffle is held every Monday at assembly, with prizes donated by families from across the school.  Tickets are 20c each or 6 for $1, and are available for students to purchase at recess each Monday.

Cookie Dough

Our cookie dough fundraiser is now live!  Information brochures were distributed last week, but if you didn't get one, you can grab one from the P&F table at reception.  Cookie dough orders close on June 3.

I also still need someone to help me manage the delivery and distribution of orders to families, which is currently scheduled for Monday 17 June.  If you can help out that afternoon for a few hours, please let me know.

P&F Board

Have you seen this week's updates to the P&F board?  If you have a group you'd love to share with the community, let me know and we'll showcase it as well.  Have an idea for a community group you want to talk through or get started?  Let me know and we'll see what we can do!

P&F Meetings

Our next meeting is scheduled for 9am, Friday 7 June in person and via Zoom.  If you can't make it but have any ideas, feedback or comments you'd like to share, please feel free to email me or reach out to your parent rep.
